A Central Virginia Experience

The Blue Ridge Summer Theatre Festival is produced each year by the Endstation Theatre Company and is hosted by Sweet Briar College. This exciting theatre event includes original plays about and for Central Virginia, site specific outdoor productions that take place on the beautiful Sweet Briar campus, and work that propels the Endstation artistic mission statement. The quality of the work and the beautiful setting is part of a truly satisfying experience.

Endstation encourages its patrons to make a day and a full evening out of participating in our summer festival. For our outdoor shows patrons should bring picnics and enjoy the beautiful landscape before and after the show. On the way to our indoor and outdoor shows, travel through Virginia Wine Country, hike a portion of the Appalachian Trial, visit Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest, or take a drive through the Blue Ridge Parkway.
