If You Can’t Make the Gala, Make a Difference!
Support our professional productions, Embark! Youth Theatre Conservatory,
Playwrights Initiative, and Professional Apprenticeship Program!
Dear Patron,
Each year, as part of Endstation Theatre Company’s Gala celebration, we renew our commitment to investing in the future of theatre through three cornerstone educational programs:
EMBARK! Youth Theatre Conservatory
Founded in 2017, EMBARK! is a dynamic summer conservatory built around the “3 C’s”: Confidence, Creativity, and Communication. Designed for rising 3rd graders through graduating seniors, the program offers rigorous, hands-on training led by experienced theatre professionals from across the region and the nation. Students grow not only as performers, but as collaborative, expressive young leaders.
Professional Apprentice Program
Every summer, Endstation welcomes 12–14 emerging artists into an immersive professional environment. These college-aged apprentices work alongside seasoned actors, designers, directors, and technicians, gaining invaluable real-world experience while contributing meaningfully to our productions. It is often their first step into a thriving career in the arts.
Playwrights Initiative
The Playwrights Initiative fuels the original storytelling that defines Endstation. Each year, we commission and accept submissions for new works rooted in our community’s shared history. Through dramaturgical support, staged readings, and audience feedback, we help playwrights refine and elevate their scripts—many of which go on to grace our mainstage.
At Endstation, we are proud to support our artists not only through mentorship and opportunity, but through meaningful compensation. From EMBARK! instructors and apprentices to actors, designers, directors, and playwrights—every artist is paid for their work.
Together, these three programs represent an annual investment of more than $60,000. This year, we are seeking to raise $30,000 to sustain and grow their impact. Your tax-deductible gift will help ensure that theatre continues to thrive in our community for generations to come.
Thank you for believing in the power of live performance and in the artists who bring it to life.
Sincerely,
Patrick Earl
